Terms and Conditions:

- Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- A valid ID is required during check-in.
- Room rates are inclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST).
- Please note that other applicable taxes, such as the Tourism Tax (TTx) and any City or Local Government Taxes, may be collected separately at the hotel, in compliance with current local regulations and government policies.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations under certain circumstances. 
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who fails to comply with hotel policies or engages in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
- Guests are expected to treat hotel property with care and respect. Any loss, damage, or breakage caused by the guest (or their accompanying parties) during their stay will be the guest’s financial responsibility. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement, or cleaning as deemed necessary.

Refund Policy:

- All cancellations and refund requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will incur 100% charge.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 working days, subject to your original payment method.
